Features

Safer. Stronger. Lasts longer.

Safer. Stronger. Lasts longer.
01

Flex-on-impact — no splinters, no shards

Combining the superior flexibility of advanced polymer with the strength of high-tensile steel, the rail absorbs impact from falls and collisions. Wide polymer rails provide excellent visibility day and night, significantly reducing horse collisions.

02

Integrated graphene electric layer

The entire braid edge at both ends carries a graphene conductor — no separate conductor wire, no standoff insulators at every post. The rail itself completes the circuit. Connect the energiser directly at the strainer post.

03

UV-stable — practically maintenance free

UV stabilisers are compounded directly into the PE polymer matrix. The surface won't crack, rot, rust, or splinter. Colour retention is consistent over the product's full outdoor service life — no repainting, ever.

Colours

Three colours. Consistent over time.

White

High contrast against pasture — recommended for most properties.

Brown

Lower visual profile — suited to timber or scrubland backgrounds.

Black

Bold and modern. Strong contrast on all terrain types.

Installation

Up in a day. Right the first time.

No special tools required. All ends and posts that are not in a straight line must be braced and concreted to withstand the forces.

01

Mark post positions at 2.4 m – 3.6 m spacing. Set corner and end posts in concrete at 900 mm depth minimum. All non-straight ends and corners must be braced and concreted.

02

Allow corner posts to cure fully (48 hrs min) before tensioning. Drive line posts to depth and confirm vertical alignment.

03

Fit Rail Brackets (E1) onto line posts at required rail heights. Snap-through design disperses impact and the polymer coating insulates the rail.

04

Feed rail through Rail Brackets from the end buckle outward. Attach Flex Fence End Buckle (A1/A2) at each terminus to secure the rail between the end plate and wood post.

05

Tension using the Rail Tensioner (B) or Barrel Tensioner (D/F). Tension progressively — top rail to bottom, half tension then full tension.

06

Connect energiser lead directly to the graphene braid edge at the strainer post end bracket. No separate conductor required.

Up in a day. Right the first time.
